The Press of Atlantic City reports that casino regulators asked a federal judge on Monday to block Revel from transferring its casino license new owner Glen Straub’s company. According to the N.J. Division of Gaming Enforcement, state law bars the transfer of a casino license and Polo North Country Club, Inc. must apply for it’s own license. On April 7th Revel sold most of it’s assets to Polo North for $82 million and asked the bankruptcy judge to approve the license transfer.
