The new owners of Resorts Casino Hotel got some good news on Wednesday–they have been approved for a new gaming license. The New Jersey Casino Control Commission granted a new gaming license to Resorts and its new owners, Dennis Gomes and Morris Bailey. The two men took over the casino just days before it was slated to close last year. Resorts was the first casino located outside of Nevada in the United States when it opened in May, 1978.
