RESORTS’ BARE BOTTOM BILLBOARD STAYS FOR NOW

A billboard that’s been erected by Resorts Atlantic City to promote a new show has received a reprieve from a judge. A judge ruled on Thursday that a billboard promoting a stage show at Resorts that features a nearly naked woman’s bottom can stay up for now. Judge Nelson Johnson ruled that the billboard and the bare bottom can stay up until a hearing on March 10th to determine what legal action can occur. Resorts has rented a billboard on the Atlantic City Expressway that features the nearly naked bottom, and it gained media attention along the East Coast.
