REPORT: YES, THE SPEED LIMIT ON THE PARKWAY IS 45MPH

Yes, the speed limit on parts of the Garden State Parkway in Middle Township is 45mph.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that the New Jersey Turnpike Authority confirmed that the speed limit remains at 45mph despite no recent construction activity.  Contractors still have to put a fresh layer of laptop on the Parkway and re-stripe it; until that happens, it’s 45mph or you may get a ticket.
