REPORT: WOMAN SEES MAN DROWN IN OCEAN CITY SURF

An Ocean City woman swears by her story, and she is telling police and reporters that she saw a man drown in the surf on Monday.  Carol Macaluso of Ocean City claims she saw a man drown in the surf off the 51st Street beach in the city on Monday morning.  Macaluso told NBC10 in Philadelphia that the man had his hands up in the air, went under the surf, and never appeared again.  She called Ocean City Police, who contacted the United States Coast Guard.  A search was done of the region, nothing was found.
