REPORT: WILDWOODS, AGAIN, CONSIDERING BEACH FEES

The Wildwoods are again considering the implementation of beach fees, but not for this summer.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that rising expenses to maintain and staff a beach are to blame, and officials in Wildwood, North Wildwood, and Wildwood Crest are mutually discussing a beach fee program.  Wildwood Crest Mayor Don Cabrera says he would like to have a referendum to gauge the interest of property owners.
