Wildwood Mayor Ernie Troiano
The city of Wildwood has pulled an ordinance that would set the position of a full time for the municipal attorney, with benefits. The Wildwood Leader reports that the ordinance was pulled after the city clerk’s office received a petition that would challenge the ordinance. Mayor Ernie Troiano says nothing changes for Wildwood as municipal solicitor Mary D’Arcy Bittner remains a full time employee with a salary of $175,000. Troiano says the ordinance was simply a move to clean up the city’s code.
