The city of Wildwood, its mayor, city commission, and others are now subject to a RICO civil lawsuit. The Wildwood Leader reports that Point Break Group Management LLC has filed the RICO suit against the city over alleged breach of contracts. RICO is the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations umbrella designed to fight organized crime. Both sides are suing each other over a breach of contract regarding an agreement to provide services on the beach.
