REPORT: WILDWOOD ALLEGES BEACH BAR CONTRACT BREACHED

Wildwood city officials are sending a breach of contract notice to a company that was supposed to put bars on the beaches.  The Wildwood Leader reports that the City Commission authorized a resolution to send a breach of contract notice to Point Break Management Group that was supposed to put bars on the beach.  City leaders say Point Break failed to deliver; Point Break management says it’s the other way around, and the city put up roadblocks every step of the way.  Commissioner Pete Byron told the Leader that the city wants to dissolve the contract.
