The mayor of Vineland has told all of his city employees do not speak with any members of City Council of you will face discipline. The Daily Journal of Vineland reports that Mayor Ruben Bermudez offered that directive on Wednesday to Vineland city employees. Bermudez and Council have been at odds over a host of issues, and the mayor himself could soon be facing a recall election.
