A 21 year old man claims he was assaulted by a group of students from a Vineland school, and he intends to sue. The Daily Journal reports that Brandon C. Rodriguez of Sicklerville says he was assaulted by students from the Cunningham Academy on March 15th. The alleged beating followed a traffic accident where Rodriguez struck a pedestrian.
