A report published in the Daily Journal of Vineland says that the Vineland City Council decided to sell some land at rates far below their fair market value to a man who donated thousands of dollars to political campaigns. The Journal reports that council sold four city sites for a total of $16,000 to developer Adam Goldstein. Goldstein wanted the land for affordable housing. The fair market value of the land is reportedly close to $100,000. One member of council voted against the sale, while another abstained.
