REPORT: UPPER TWP. MAY CREATE ADMINISTRATOR POSITION

Upper Township may create the position of township administrator.  The Upper Township Gazette reports that the Township Committee will meet December 19th to discuss the potential of creating the position in the event someone may be appointed in the future.  The individual would be in charge of public works, public safety, emergency management, personnel, and emergency medical services.
