Somebody swiped cash from tip jars at two different Chinese restaurants in Vineland on Thursday, and police are trying to catch the culprit. Police say a suspect stole money from the Good Flavor restaurant, and two hours later another tip jar was taken from East Buffet. The suspect is described as a young, slim black male wearing a gray jacket. The thefts were reported by the Daily Journal.
