REPORT: TWO INDICTED FOR ASSAULTING POLICE OFFICERS IN WILDWOOD CREST

Two locals have been indicted on numerous charges after they allegedly assaulted multiple officers in the Wildwood Crest Police Department earlier this year.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that Ashley Gentek and Derek Bryant were both named in an indictment filed on Tuesday.  Bryant allegedly tossed bodily fluids at one officer, while Gentek was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child.  The incident occurred on June 29th.
