Convicted killer William Patrick Tozer has been indicted by a Cape May County grand jury for a second murder that allegedly took place in Dennis Township back in 1985. The Press of Atlantic City reports that the grand jury handed up the indictment against Tozer for the murder of Carl Frederick Robinson who was beaten and left next to a heater before his home was set on fire. Tozer is already in prison for the 1988 murder of Reverend Leon Blackman. Tozer also has prior convictions for a sexual assault and other serious crimes.
