REPORT: THREE REPUBLICANS INTERESTED IN TWO TOP SEATS IN LOWER

Three republicans are reportedly interested in the two top political seats in Lower Township. The Cape May Gazette reports that Councilman Erik Simonsen has expressed interest in running for mayor, and both Tom Frisoli and Frank Sippel are interested in running for the position of deputy mayor. If Simonsen runs and is victorious, republicans would have to replace him in his Ward 3 Council seat.
