Three locals have reportedly pleaded not guilty to charges that involve mortgage fraud. The Cape May County Herald reports that Kathryn Lockwood, Frederic Diantonio and Louis Catarro had a hearing in a federal court earlier this month and pleaded not guilty to charges filed against them. They were indicted by a grand jury nearly one year ago.
