State Senator-elect Mike Testa will not vote in favor of a bill that would use state tax money to fund repairs to the Wildwood boardwalk. Testa told the Press of Atlantic City that the Transportation Trust Fund was never intended to fund boardwalk repairs, and he will not support the bill when it comes forward in Trenton.
