Vineland Police say a 37 year old woman is charged with DUI after she allegedly swapped seats with a driver after a hit and run accident. Jennifer L. Beattie was cited for reckless driving and for driving on a revoked license. The Daily Journal reports that Beattie swapped seats right after the accident.
