REPORT: STUDENT BRINGS FAKE GUN TO MAINLAND HIGH SCHOOL

A 15 year old student from Somers Point has been charged with bringing a fake gun to Mainland Regional High School earlier this week. The Gazette Leader reports that the gun is very realistic and was located in the student’s backpack on September 17th. The school resource officer searched the backpack on a tip and found the fake gun. The Linwood Police Department was called to the school and made the arrest.
