New Jersey is seeking a court injunction to stop North Wildwood from proceeding with unauthorized work in the city’s dune system. The Press of Atlantic City reports that Mayor Patrick Rosenello is asking Governor Phil Murphy to intervene in the dispute. Work has progressed on the city’s dune system which has been eroded, particularly at 15th Street.
