REPORT: SPIRIT PILOTS TO WALK INFORMATIONAL PICKET TUESDAY

Pilots who work for Spirit Airlines will reportedly stage an informational picket Tuesday afternoon at the Atlantic City International Airport. The Press of Atlantic City reports that the pilots are represented by a union that’s trying to cut a new labor contract with the airline. The pilots contend that they are paid about ten percent less money than pilots at other budget airlines. The pilots have a deadline of Friday to get a contract deal done.
