A new report says a State Police sergeant was indicted for his handling of DWI tests. NJ Advanced Media reports that Sgt. Marc Dennis was indicted on Wednesday for second-degree official misconduct, third-degree tampering with public records, and fourth degree falsifying records. The report says that Dennis missed a step that has to take place when calibrating the machines.
