REPORT: SEAVIEW HOTEL OWNED BY STOCKTON TO BE SOLD

It looks like Stockton University is ready to sell its Seaview Hotel and Golf Club.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that a matter will be before the Board of Trustees on Monday, and a sale could be imminent.  The Board approved a motion to negotiate for the sale of the property in closed session on February 21st.
