Sea Isle City is taking nearly 200 people to court because they have not complied with flood standards established by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The Press of Atlantic City reports that 193 homeowners have been flagged by the city for non-conformance. FEMA officials say Sea Isle City has been very proactive in cracking down on homeowners who do not comply with the federal standards.
