REPORT: SCHOOL TAX RATES REMAIN FLAT IN AVALON, STONE HARBOR

Seperate public hearings will be held on May 7th on school budgets proposed in both Avalon and Stone Harbor.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that the school tax rate will remain flat in both communities for the new year.  The Avalon school budget totals $4.1 million, while the Stone Harbor school budget totals $3.1 million.  There are a total of 145 students combined in both school districts.
