A new report says that a major casino project could be moving ahead of schedule. The Press of Atlantic City reports that the Revel Casino could be completed prior to May 15, which was the date given previously as the day the casino would open. Revel is expected to provide a strong financial lift to the city, which has been hurting. Casino revenue has fallen for 33 straight months.
