REPORT: PORTUGESE MAN O’ WAR COMES ASHORE IN STONE HARBOR

A Portugese man-of-war jellyfish came up on a beach in Stone Harbor on Sunday.  NJ.com reports that a Stone Harbor resident found the sea creature on the beach on Sunday morning.  The first Portugese man-of-war was spotted in Harvey Cedars more than a week ago.  Since then, two dozen have come ashore in Surf City.  Another similar jellyfish came ashore Sunday in Ocean City.
