A federal judge has ruled that a portion of a case involving the death of Tracy Hottenstein in Sea Isle City will head to a jury. The Press of Atlantic City reports that a portion of the case involving the pronouncement of death of Hottenstein by a doctor may have been false due the possibility of extreme hypothermia. You may remember Hottenstein was the Pennsylvania woman who’s body was found on a boat ramp in Sea Isle City one day after the city’s popular polar bear plunge in 2009. The search continues for individuals who may have information relating to her death.
