A new report says another name is pulling of the governor race to instead perhaps seek a U.S. Senate seat. U.S. Rep. Frank Pallone is set to support Sen. Barbara Buono for her bid to run for governor, according to PolitickerNJ.com. The report says Pallone will keep an eye on the senate seat held by Frank Lautenberg and may seek the party nomination to run if Lautenberg decides to retire. Newark Mayor Cory Booker and Assembly Speaker Shelia Oliver have both noted an interest as well.
