Frank Mangini has been issued four citations for violating executive orders because he allowed his two motels in Wildwood to be open for business during Memorial Day weekend. NJ Advance Media reports that Magini was slapped with four disorderly persons offenses in connection with operations at both the Mango and Blue Diamond motels in Wildwood. Each offense carries a potential punishment of a $1000 fine and six months in jail.
