Outside dining, and indoor shopping will be allowable in New Jersey as of June 15th. NJ.com reports that Governor Phil Murphy’s announcement at 2:30pm Monday is expected to detail rules regarding allowable outside dining. Indoor retail at non-essential businesses will also be allowed at 50 percent capacity, according to three sources who spoke with NJ.com.
