REPORT: OSWALT TO PHILLIES

A report out of Houston says the Philadelphia Phillies have landed themselves another big time pitcher. A trade has been agreed to in principle to trade Roy Oswalt to the Phillies, pending Oswalt waiving his no-trade clause, according to Fox 26. Oswalt is 6-12 this season, with a 3.42 ERA in 20 starts for the Astros. Oswalt is under contract through the 2011 season and has a $16 million option for 2012.
