REPORT: OSWALT AGREES TO GO TO PHILLIES

The Philadelphia Phillies are making a big trade with the Houston Astros.  Veteran starting pitcher Roy Oswalt has reportedly agreed to be traded to the Philadelphia Phillies.  Jayson Stark of ESPN reports that Oswalt has agreed to the trade, and he will be shipped to Philadelphia for pitcher J.A. Happ and prospects.  Oswalt is 32 years old, and is a right handed pitcher.
