An online report suggests that it’s the end of the line for Shelia Oliver as the Speaker of the New Jersey Assembly. Politickernj.com reports that democratic leaders from both parts of the state have huddled and selected Assemblyman Vincent Prieto as the new Speaker of the State Assembly. Prieto serves the 32nd Legislative District in North Jersey. Oliver is being ousted over her stance on pension and benefits reforms.
