The Ocean Resort Casino is starting to turn things around in Atlantic City. NJ.com reports that the casino has a new influx of cash as it transitions to new management and ownership. The casino is meeting regulations that requires it must have $36 million of cash on hand at all times. The Ocean Resort is the former Revel property.
