The battle over where people can smoke, and not smoke, is expected to continue tonight in Ocean City. The Ocean City Gazette reports that the City Council may vote on a measure tonight that would elimiante smoking at recreational facilities, parks, and playgrounds. The introduction of the ordinance comes following a presentation last month from the Ocean City Mayor’s Advisory Council on Physical Fitness and Sports. Council may also take action on a measure that would adjust the regulations dictated by the new FEMA flood maps.
