A 65 year old Ocean City man who killed an Egg Harbor Township teenager 11 years ago in a drunk driving accident has been released from prison. The Press of Atlantic City reports that Stephen French was released last month after pleading guilty to an aggravated manslaughter accident. The crash killed 17 year old Richard Branca Jr.
