Ocean City has a new man in charge to run the city’s beach tag program after a scandal rocked the city earlier this month. The Ocean City Gazette reports that Dave Elliott has been named the acting superintendent of the Ocean City beach tag program. Elliott replaces Chuck Cusack, a former cop who was charged with having sexual degree sexual contact with a female under the age of 18. That teenager worked for the city’s beach tag program. Elliott has worked with the beach tag program for the past eight years.
