REPORT: NORTH WILDWOOD SUED FOR OCEAN DROWNING

A Horsham, PA woman is suing North Wildwood over the drowning of her husband back in 2012.  The Associated Press reports that Sandra Smith is suing the city because her husband Brad drowned in the ocean, and her seven year old daughter nearly drowned as well.  Smith held a news conference on Tuesday and said lifeguards knew of potentially deadly conditions at the Hereford Inlet beach for six years before Brad Smith drowned.
