52 year old Robert C. Reinhart of North Wildwood has been charged with attempted human trafficking and other offenses after he tried to meet a 14 year old for sex; turned out the teenager was an investigator with the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office. NJ.com reports that Reinhart offered to pay $300 to have sex with the teen in Gloucester County.
