A video has surfaced online of former GOP-backed Assembly candidate Brian McDowell showing him telling a woman that she should have sex with him. McDowell tells NJ Advance Media that he has no plans on dropping out of the race despite losing the endorsement of the Cape GOP, and said quote “Even Jesus dropped the cross three times”, according to the report.
