New accusations have been made against Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner. The Press of Atlantic City reports that attorneys for former employees of his office have forwarded complaints to the New Jersey Attorney General, suggesting that Tyner squashed a voter fraud investigation into former Atlantic City Mayor Frank Gilliam, who resigned from office. Tyner is accused of refusing to investigate even after a video was presented to him that showed fraud was occurring.
