New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy is expected to announce tomorrow that New Jersey’s November elections will be largely held via mail. NJ Advance Media reports that Murphy will make the announcement Friday, relying largely on the coronavirus pandemic as the reason mail in elections will occur. There could be very few places to vote in person in the Garden State.
