The owners of Moreys Piers in Wildwood are suing the city, trying to stop a Beachglow concert scheduled for next month. The Press of Atlantic City reports that the Morey Organization has filed a lawsuit in Superior Court alleging the festival would interfere with its business and the enjoyment of their piers. The Moreys were critical of the event held two summers ago, alleging on-stage profanity and other matters.
