A 40 year old woman was allegedly texting behind the wheel of her car during an accident that killed her 11 year old daughter. The Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office announced that Kristen J. Williams of Lower Township was using her cell phone when she crashed her pickup into a utility police in Middle Township last July. The accident killed Williams’ daughter, Morgan Avery Ferguson. The case was moved to Cumberland County due to a conflict in Cape May County. The Press of Atlantic City reports that Williams faces vehicular homicide charges.
