A sergeant in the Millville Police Department is reportedly suing the department for retaliating against him twice for his pursuit of an internal affairs investigation. The Daily Journal reports that Detective Sgt. Brian Starcher names the department, government, and a series of unidentified individuals in his complaint. No word on the damages being sought.
