A veteran of the Millville Police Department has filed a grievance complaint after he was transferred to other duties. The Daily Journal reports that Sergeant Brian Starcher filed a whistleblower complaint complaining that he was retaliated against after reporting inappropriate behavior of anther officer. Starcher was transferred to internal affairs after he filed the complaint.
