A New Jersey man has pleaded not guilty to charges that he shot two men to death in a parked car, cut off their heads, and buried them in Buena Vista Township. The Jersey Journal reports that Ysuif Ibrahim entered not guilty pleas in court on Monday. Ibrahim hails from Jersey City and currently faces murder, kidnapping, and other charges. Authorities allege he shot to death two men in February, 2013.
